POSITION: Camp COUNSELOR

When: June 16-20

Where: Camp Vandemere - 215 N 3rd Street Vandemere, NC 28587

AGE REQUIREMENT: 18 YRS OR OLDER (those 13-17 yrs old interested in helping at camp please contact shannon)

Things you should know before APPLYING:

  • Overnight Camp Details: Departs Monday morning, June 16, and returns Friday afternoon, June 20.

  • Sleeping Arrangements: Counselors will stay in the same large room as campers, sleeping in bunk beds.

  • Active Engagement: Be present and involved—sit with children during meals, services, and playtime.

  • Be Ready for Adventure: Expect to get wet and dirty, so pack suitable clothing.

  • Unforgettable Fun: Prepare to laugh until it hurts, smile until your cheeks ache, and play until you're exhausted!

APPLY to be a counselor

  • Application Deadline: Apply no later than May 18th.

  • Mandatory Training: Attend one of the following meetings on using the Wordless Book to lead a child to salvation:

    • May 24th — 9:00AM–11:00AM

    • June 7th — 2:00PM–4:00PM
